These may be checked out at the Caretaker's office. A $5 deposit per item will be required, which will be returned when the equipment is returned to the Caretaker in good condition. |
Welcome to the Cascade River Park! Our Cascade River Community Club privately owned properties sit in one of the loveliest and most scenic areas of America in the North Cascades near Marblemount, Washington. The Cascade River runs through our park as it flows into the mighty Skagit River on its way to the Puget Sound.

The Cascade River Community Club is an organization of private property lot owners. By purchasing a lot in Cascade River Park, you become a member of the Cascade River Community Club. The club serves to improve and maintain club properties such as the road system, water system, picnic and playground, and other common areas. The club is managed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership, and its operating funds come from membership dues and an annual assessment on each lot in the amount sufficient to meet the annual budget voted upon by members.
Our Cascade River Park provides something for everyone, solitude, friendship with neighbors, the great out of doors, fresh air, recreation or vegetation, its all here. Enjoy a cabin, tent, trailer, you name it - Cascade River Park is a place to call your 'home' away from the hassle and bustle of everyday life. But, you must own a lot to enjoy the park.
