Buying Property in Cascade River Park

Lots within the park periodically are for sale.  Many have been sold by word-of-mouth, or through acquaintances.  Real-estate companies do service the park, such as Century 21 and Valley West (area code 360).  Once in a while the Cascade River Community Club acquires a property as a result of delinquency.
